¿Cómo archivar una conversación?

Esta opción permite mover una conversación al archivo. La conversación se reactivará automáticamente si el contacto vuelve a enviar un mensaje al bot.

Archivar una conversación desde la bandeja de entrada

Seleccione la conversación que quiere archivar >> haga clic en Menú >> elija Archivar.
