Las respuestas guardadas sirven para crear y almacenar contestaciones a preguntas frecuentes, saludos u otros mensajes recurrentes, de modo que pueda responder a sus clientes con mayor rapidez.

Cómo crear respuestas guardadas

Haga clic en el ícono ‘Respuestas guardadas’ >> Seleccione ‘Agregar nuevo’ >> Introduzca un atajo y el mensaje, y luego pulse Guardar.
