# Cómo transferir la conversación a un humano

¿Cómo transferir la conversación a un humano?

Esta opción permite enviar de forma rápida la conversación a un agente humano o a un bot. En otras palabras, sirve para desactivar o activar el chat en vivo. Al transferir la conversación a un humano, un agente humano se hará cargo sin la intervención del bot (el bot quedará deshabilitado).

Para pasar la conversación a un humano o a un bot para uno o varios contactos desde la sección Contacto, siga estos pasos:

* Paso 1: En la sección Contacto, marque el contacto haciendo clic en la casilla correspondiente.
* Paso 2: Pulse el botón “Acciones” y elija “Transferir conversación a humano” o “Transferir conversación al bot” en el menú desplegable.
